A fleet vehicle management company that organizes and oversees the fleet management needs of corporations.

Project Objective

Create a web presence for the company. Beginning with a standard web site to create Internet exposure for the company. Additionally, identify time consuming manual processes and automate them. Finally, provide the customer with valuable online information and functions to facilitate their fleet vehicle needs.

Project Solution

Working closely with the client, the needs and ideas of the client were identified to create a web design. Existing literature and documentation was modified to create the content for the public web site.

In order to identify services that could be provided online for their customers, common tasks were investigated to determine what features would be most useful to the customers, and which repetitive tasks occupy the most time.

It was determined that the majority of phone calls were requests for information or forms the customer needed to complete. By making the most commonly requested information available to the customers online, phone calls are reduced. Additionally, the ability to download common forms reduces the workload of Fleet Advisors, while providing the customer with immediate access.

Furthermore, by providing the ability to complete the most commonly requested forms online, Fleet Advisors can be assured that the customer properly and entirely completed the form. With the information stored electronically the process is automated and Fleet Advisors is able to minimize the manual steps necessary to manage their customer's fleet vehicles.
