A town home developer that has several premium family developments around the Minneapolis, MN, metropolitan area.
Project Objective
Create a website that attracts new customers and provides them with valuable community information, mortgage and loan resources, and town home layouts and descriptions.
Project Solution
The primary objective of Orchard Village is to have an attractive site that communicates the beauty and quality of the Orchard Village town homes. The site was meant to help inform potential buyers on the community as well as the development.
A very simple design was implemented to increase usability and quality. The site consists of five main pages that supply the user with a wealth of information and a method to contact Orchard Village.
